After filling my cart, I paused for a day or two while I checked my supplies to ensure I had ordered everything I needed. Realized I needed to add a box of staples, but could find no 'button" on my order summary to allow me to "continue shopping". Finally managed to add the staples, but then could find no instruction as to how to take advantage of the many "S-Points" I had previously accumulated. Frustrating, but I placed the order anyway as I like your products and your prices, but your online ordering software could use a little work.

Between a 3-4. Value is great. Any way of identifying how much is in the refurbished cartridges. My printer/computer always says they are empty when they are not. Then they are empty with no real 'Notice'. Thanks
