I tried using a pre-paid credit Card, the Canada Post Cash Passport Mastercard to pay, but kept getting error messages saying the card had been declined by the bank? Upon calling Canada Post Cash Passport, it appears to be some kind of security issue with the card? It's a pre-paid card, so I don't understand the problem, it would be handy if the card could be cleared, so that I didn't have to send a cheque. But I undersatnd this may not be Shoppers direction, I'm generally very happy with the service provided, it would just be handy if I could use the prepiad card.

The map and the drop down menu both say it will be 3-5 days for Delivery to Calgary but at checkout it says 15-17 days? I received my last order in 5 days, can you tell me what is going on please? Thank you

When a person has to LOGIN to a website, they should also be able to LOGOUT. That's just sloppy design and an unsafe practice depending on people's browser settings.
