En général, je suis satisfaite mais la dernière cartouche est installée mais l'imprimante dit toujours que la cartouche est vide alors qu'elle est neuve. Elle imprime quand même mais le message apparaît constamment. Peut-on remédier au problème? À part ça c'est un très bon produit.
