You should purchase a new up to date CDN postal code data base. Mine was not recognized. My post office is 1/8 mile away, the UPS store is 25km away. This "drives" my cost up. Thanks Kev

Your prices are very competitive. However I have experienced two toner cartridges that are defective. The last colour that was defective was yellow. It made a mess of the inside of the printer. I am going to take a chance and try your products again. Hopefully I will not be disappointed.
