There is so much nonsense interfering with the continuation of the process. My screen is 17" wide and I had to move the visable portion from right to left continually to see where to go next. Very painful and stressing. I have used the telephone to place my orders in the past and have always had success. I had an emergency and decided to try this method in order to use this coupon Victoria20 which concludes today. Not a happy camper.

123 Inks should have a box/place to check for warehouse pick-ups... It would save time not having to call every time an order is placed on line... I'm sure a lot of customers do warehouse pick-ups also... Just a thought.. regards... Richard Bursey Montreal.....
