The reason I am giving a neutral rating is because this order is a consequence to having to make arrangements to send back ink that I previously ordered that was defective using my "***@nbed.nb.ca" account. I am now trying originial HP ink - it's a little less expensive with your company and previously I have had good results so hopefully this past experience was just bad luck and this order will be good.

Please process immediately, I need these by end of Friday, May 19th. I've been ordering it for many times and getting it within 2 business days but recently my last order took more than 5 days. Thanks, Lemmy

Finding the right cables was reasonably easy to do. Having all my shipping and billing info 1 click away was unexpected, compared to other sites. Just wish you had a Toronto pickup site.

I already knew about the incredible deal on ink. I now discovered that I will pay 75-80% less on a replacement drum! This is great!
