Must admit I was disappointed with the ultra thin 25' VGA cables purchased recently. Both failed after less than a dozen uses. This time, I'm purchasing more sturdy cables. Hopefully they will be more serviceable. For that item only, I've marked a "3" above... Otherwise, I've always found your service to be "5".
