The off brand of HP 932XL ink cartridges in which have purchased from you do not work in my printer. I keep getting a message saying to purchase the actual HP products . It has been at least over a year since I bought them so I know I'm unable to get a refund for them. Just wanted to pass the feedback onto you. Overall; I always have had great service from your company
