You boxing day promotion was already ended on December 28 and I did not want to pay for the shipping and found out there was a coupon code 123shipfree for new customers. This coupon was working only for new customers so I created a new customer account only for that. Congratulations, you now have a duplicate customer account in your database ! You should make the boxing day coupon work between Christmas and the new year. Buying an ink cardridge is not the first thing people think about on boxing day times !

I wondered why the order I placed in Nov didn't get delivered, but when I checked the status it turned out that I had not completed the order properly. You guys have always been prompt and accurate, but a 90 year old customer can be forgiven for wondering what's wrong, even when it's his problem.
