New website? Just had a bit of trouble finding my way around because a) new website look and b) changed the numbers of my cartridges a bit (and had no idea they had mustaches, if they do)! But I haven't ordered any cartridges since February of 2016 either, so there's the problem!! Merry Christmas everyone!! :)

Great prices! When I saw the HP prices to re-ink my cp1025w I was all set to junk the printer--super print quality but not at that price. Lost the invitation coupon code and the chat line was very helpful to give it to me. Purchase via PayPal was smooth. So far so good. Waiting for inks to arrive and to see how they perform.

The process went well but I had trouble keeping track of the items I ordered as I went back and forth from my cart and back to shopping. This is probably an age related problem! You most likely would have received a 5 ten years ago.
