My last purchase My Cyan new cartridge was not sealed and the cartridge leaked everywhere. That was my first time with these type of refills hopefully my last. A nightmare to clean.

I found the checkout process a bit unclear. I fumbled around for 10 minutes before completing my purchase. I wish I could remember where and how it went wrong. It was near the beginning and then again at the ship to location. Kept clicking on the Payment button because it was there waiting to be clicked and nothing was happening. It wasn't till I chose a ship to address, which I didn't know I had to do. The Payment button was there staring me in the face getting all the attention. It shouldn't have been visible at this stage.
