Latest order had an incorrect cartridge without chip .I called customer service ,and sent phjoto of defective item as requested . I was told the proper item would be sent to me , but this did not happen .

You showed me with a store credit of $10.98. A asked that it be applied. The amount for purchase stayed the same. . Why was the store credit not removed from the purchase price?????
