Thank-you "David" for your quick resolve and understanding! Unfortunately, this issue continues to leave a sour taste in my mouth considering all the time spent in trying to get clarification on this both on the phone and through your chat. I am especially disappointed after leaving you with excellent reviews that I submitted just a short time prior to all this. I would like to suggest that you change your wording on your "Submit a Review" offer to read that your discount applies to your "second order" rather than "future" orders. To me a future order signifies your NEXT immediate order which could be the one that you place immediately after "submitting a review" that you have Accepted and Posted for all to see on your website and one that would undoubtedly benefit your company. I spent too much of my time trying to get clarification on this. Please re-consider your wording to remove any ambiguity in your offers as you may not hear back from your customers that may become displeased. Thanks once again for your understanding and for honouring your offer immediately!
