I was interested in the 4X Canon PGI-250XL/CLI-251XL New Compatible Ink Cartridges Value Pack - Economical Box Canon PGI-250XLBK 4 Packs + CLI-251XLBK/C/M/Y 4 Packs but it did not say with chip. When I went to chat I was ambiguously told it had chip, but I was not convinced that the person really knew whether it did or not

the coupon code is confusing in as much you can never tell if it will be applied when selecting products such as I selected in this order until the final tally. 3x now I've cancelled an order because of this. you need to inform right at the selection of the product whether it will qualify. Also as of late I've gotten a lot of 'buy now' advertising and once was told I did not buy enough, which almost caused me to cancel my account as I found that insulting. - Klaus
