Live Chat service is not "live Chat"! I just installed a set of ink jets for my Epson NX420 -- the yellow one (just opened package) was defective. The contacts on this re-manufactured ink jet were bad -- tried to clean but no dice. How can I return? In my order I bought a new pack of 4 plus and extra yellow one to replace the defective one. Can I get a credit? John Barry
