The last ink I bought for my Brother MFC-j480DW was not recognized by the printer. I had this problem with Epson so I was hoping Brother was not sneaky like Epson. The compatable ink also leaked over everything. I refuse to pay rip-off prices for ink so I hope the compatable ink I just bought works. It has been a drag working with these printer companies.

First time ordering Canon 72 series inks for PRO-10 printer. Good overall experience, except that the reference numbers (PGI-72PBK, PGI-72M, PGI-72CO… etc.) do not appear in the product info which makes mistakes a bit more likely when ordering. They are listed on the order summary, albeit with an error with item PGI-72CY, which doesn't exist. It should be PGI-72C.
