Got a printer cartridge because of sale. Web site said there was a discount applied at checkout. When I went to checkout there was no place to enter the discount code. Got ripped off in other words. Don't trust their "specials" and "sales" any more.

Last two times I have tried to order, browser freezes after entering payment info. Doesn't allow me to review order. Also, two credit cards on file...one has an error but I can't figure out how to see number and delete it. Frustrating.

Always great. I was afraid I was going to run short of ink the last time as I was late ordering and thought I would have to go to Staples and buy expensive Canon ink just because of one day or so, but your order arrived one day before the anticipated delivery date! I even held off and doing some of the color printing while I was waiting so that I would not push my luck with having enough ink to keep the printer running until the order arrived. Then it came in a day early. Thank you.

The website is both good and extremely frustrating due to being so fast and automatic. At least the help was able to get to the bottom of theissue after a while and I reset the password myself
