Had trouble signing in. Would not accept my username and password. When I re-registered with same username and password I was informed that I was already registered. Yet would not accept my sign-in username and password. Very frustrating. Came close to scrapping my order.

I submitted an order to use the 15% discount coupon and there was nowhere to enter it. I also tried to chat with someone and ask where it is to be entered but the applet just shows a spinner and says loading (tried several times!). I am NOT a happy camper! I would like to be refunded the 15%!
