Given that your website operates 24/7, not having anyone available to answer questions at all over the weekend is not a high degree of service. They don't have to be sitting around in an office. It's 2016 - use mobile technology to help provide support outside of normal "retail" hours. Business models are changing. Keep up.

I previously ordered this cartridge and received a "cartridge defective or damaged" message when I inserted into my printer. Your company instructed me to contact HP directly. I am still awaiting a return call from HP in Korea (more then 3 weeks later). I purchased the product from you yet your company's idea of customer service was to push me off to Korea. When I called back to discuss ... I was told that it was past the 30 days so you could not help me. I will be relying my experience will all that I had previously been singing your praises. Signed A previously overjoyed customer turned totally dismayed customer.
