I could not figure out how to apply my Discount (ESCable10) to my order. Every time I went to the next step in the order I thought I would eventually get my chance to apply my discount code. I ended up finalizing the deal with out my discount . Your help phone number says 24 hour service but no one answers the phone. I am very disappointed with everything. If I don't get my discount then I will cancel my order. I expect someone to call me back at 514 *** **** (larry)

Happy with products. Wish I could have had feedback re the questions I had submitted in a more timely manner in order to assist with the purchase. I am ordering now with incomplete information while the sale is still on. One product I was considering is already no longer on sale apparently.

Difficult to locate the proper ink toner for my printer. search brings up wrong model, had to manually look to locate them. I have a Canon Pixma, it keeps taking me to Canon Pixus.
