Because I don't appreciate having to give a bunch of personal info AND have to set up an account and Fucking SIGN IN to just order some ink. I wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to get my password. Your email response was as slow as molasses in January. If I had someone around right at that moment to tell me another website to order from I would have. WHY oh why do I have to have an account to order ink..sob.
