Do not send other replacement number then the 82 for black...we reseved a non usable no. on the last orther.... the cartrige received do not work with my hp 111. need number 82.

I wanted to pick up my order, but it seems I have to call and place the order. I did so, waiting 10 minutes with no answer, so I arranged for a pickup at a Metro depanneur. It seems to me that your web site should be modified so that a "pick-up" order can include your Montreal warehouse, with verification via email that the product is in stock. Otherwise, very satisfied.
