The layout was weird for choosing my address, and I got increasingly frustrated that I couldn't use the address I wanted, only to realize I needed to push a different button further down the page that I couldn't see from there. Oops!

You should have a choice of Bring Up Last Order and then you can add or delete from that instead of hunting all through everything again. This would speed up the process and be sure you have not foregotten something.
