not too bad over all except one of the cartridges has leaked ink all over our printer an floor for which I am expecting an action

It took a long time to finalize my purchase. between choosing my stuff on 123InkCartridges.ca to having to create an account with Shoppers blahblahblah. Also, I shouldn't have to pay the Quebec sales tax since I am an Albertan. I am just shipping this to Quebec. I don't live there.

A lot of trouble with the website today, the main screen greyed out when I selected the first product and an annoying pop up was all I had to select the remaining two toner cartridges. There was also a pop up offering a 10% discount but I was unable to make it work. You're welcome to add 10% to my rewards balance if you wish. I like to order on websites that are simple and work well - too much glitz and trickery doesn't work.

Web site can be confusing, if you click to view items and add to cart, then go back to shopping you are brought back at beginning of page, now if you go to the page of cartridge and only click on add to cart you end-up with a different order. The two orders are not there. Play around on your site and you will see. When continue shopping is a choice you should be back where your first selection that your buying is, not having to re-enter all about your printer everytime.

Feel very mislead by the coupon codes which don't work on most of the orders, because they are on sale etc..why would people shop with you, if not for the added benefit of the coupons. Staples on the other hand, honours coupons on top of all the discounts they offer on the product and we are not smart enough not to do comparison shopping.. feel a bit violated.
