The only problem that I had was that I had selected an item and added it to my cart and when I went to add other items I found that my first addition was no longer in my cart. I did not have an account when I added the first item. I found that when I selected my next item I was able to added my additional items from the "people who bought this item also bought these items" list on the side of the screen.

I had an odd response from Scana on our chat. I was trying to find the cartridges I needed and she wanted to know what our cartridge number was. I asked where I would find that (as I've never replaced a cartridge before) and she replied "Have you used one or not?" It came across abruptly. Otherwise I am very excited to try your product and am glad it is so earth friendly, Canadian , and with free shipping, HURRAH!

Last order from you was not ok. Some of the ink cartridges did not fit my Brother printer MFC-J825DW. My printer takes the LC75 and you sent BLC77. In the bulk red box, all the black ones are ok but all the color ones are not???? I am taking a chance again with you. Hopefully you will send me the proper ink cartridges for my printer.......
