I ordered for the first time from 123 and am very happy. The order was processed very promptly, an e mail from Canada Post with initial posting of the parcel arriving there, and estimated delivery time. Delivery was right on, parcel received in perfect condition and worked with no problems. Ordered on July 20. Saturday and received on July 24.
I will recommend 123 to all my friends.

I have had occasion to use your services twice this year in order to purchase Ink Jet Cartridges. It is many years since I dealt with such an efficient company. It took just 3 business days to receive my order including the day I ordered from my home on Vancouver island BC. As an elderly retired customer you make it so easy to obtain the cartridges and saves a visit to the local town which I have done in the past many years until I heard of your company. Also I might add the price is right. The price at our local store has been such that on 3 separate occasions I purchased a new printer as it was cheaper than buying the ink!!! Thank you once more and be assured that I will continue to purchase from you and will not fail to recommend you to others.

You people never cease to amaze me. I placed my order on-line late in the evening on Monday, April 29th. My shipment arrived on Friday morning (May3rd) -all the way from Montreal to remote Glace Bay, Nova Scotia (via Halifax). I really didn't expect delivery in the same week; congratulations to 123 for processing the order so quickly and a tip of the hat to Canada Post for getting the package here so quickly. 123inkcartridges really stand out in the best customer service, the best support, excellent quality products, top notch prices and finally super fast delivery.
Let me walk you through my experience.
In December 2010, I order a Toner Cartridge for my Laser jet Printer around $30.00 with shipping and taxes which is more chipper then brand new at $80.00. It was Christmas time and I thought, I might receive my order after few days, but I got it next day by Canada Post delivered at my door step. It was well packed and instruction on how to install was very easy to follow, even novice user would have been able to install without any problem. I replaced the Cartridge and within a minute, I started printing. Though I was not heavily printing, I just ran out of the ink in January 2013. It worked until end without any problem at all.
I wanted to reorder the Cartridges and this time I thought I will order 2 to qualify for free shipping as well I knew that even I open a second package after 2 years, it will still work. But when I called Montreal Office for suggestions, staff was very candid. They told me that though I knew that second cartridge would work after 2 years, warranty is only good for 1 year so if something was wrong with the second cartridge then by that time, I will be out of the warranty. Based on my usages, I should order only 1 to be on safe side. This tells the123inkcartridges doesn't want to just make money by selling more but do care about customers.
I order same Cartridges day before yesterday and it arrived yesterday morning at my door step. Again it cost me around $30.00 with shipping and taxes.
Price really didn't change in these years. I started printing in a min.

Received my ink order in about 3 business days. Great service! I ordered my last ink from a Canadian competitor who promises one week delivery. Didn't happen. Order arrived just under 3 weeks and cost more. Its a no brainer where I will buy my ink from in the future.

I can't believe the amazingly fast service I received. Yesterday I had a lot of documents to print and noticed I was running low on ink. I am disabled at the moment and cannot hop in the car to go and buy ink. I checked out your website on the advice of a friend. Placed my order in the morning,,,,and today I have already received my ink!!!!
