Never got the chance to say thank you from a month ago. I placed an "Urgent" order at about 2pm on Thursday, and it delivered to us early Friday morning! The customer service team was amazing and save us so much money by not having to buy ink at one of the big retailers! You've always been great, and have earned out business!

I don't know to what the older website look, but this new one look great to me. The navigation is fluid and instinctive. The colors are good.The thing i like the most, same it's not perfect for the moment, it's the fact you have a french version of your website. Its really rare. Usually, only large retailers have that. Only for that, i will think more seriously to you for my future purchases. :)

Before I order any ink cartridges or office supplies and the like, I check your website. Your service and prices are great! Less that 1/2 price from O.E.M. suppliers and just as good or better ! Use your cartridges in my Fax, Inkjet, Laser and any other printing device that I have ! Your manufacturing quality is excellent as I have not had any problems whatsoever with your products but I have had some problems with some other 'OEM' compatible products. Your prices and shipping costs, when I incur them, are great and/or very reasonable, as well as Canada Post being quick and efficient. Thanks again. N.L. from Vancouver
