The message about applying a coupon is confusing. I bought 2 things but could not use the 123buy2 coupon. I don't know why. If I can't apply the coupon, why doesn't it tell me why. If I waited till midnight tonight to call, I would lose the free shipping till Nov. 19. Anyway, I needed the cartridges but every time, I seem to lose an hour of my time just making the order. I'd appreciate hearing back from you as I am confused and frustrated. I am a long time customer and buy cartridges for 4 machines at a church. Please help make my experience better.
