The Aeroplan offer kept popping up so I wasn't sure if it was still valid after selecting it the first time. when I selected it another time, it bounced me back to the main page away from the check out. it was a bit confusing.

Never have a problem with the shipping dates that Shoppers+ provide. However, I have a major problem with your courier, UPS, as I have to wait for 7 or 8 days before they deliver the order. My last order was delivered 8 days after you advised me that it was on the way. This delay problem will raise major concerns when Christmas items are not delivered promptly. It's hard to understand that items shipped from your Richmond location (which is located in the Metro Vancouver area) to my residence in North Vancouver (which is in the Metro Vancouver area) takes such a long time.

Got kicked out of connection 2 times while deciding on finalizing an order. Time ran out on a deal I wanted so decided to delete items from cart and get a lesser item and pass on the other. First time having this issue so will see if it reoccurs with future orders.
