Ma dernière expérience ave une cartouche bleue défectueuse a vraiment été facile. La préposée ma fait parvenir dans l'immédiat une nouvelle cartouche, Je considère que c'est une expérience positive, car dans les années antérieures il était plus complexe d'échanger une cartouche défectueuse. Merci pour cette amélioration, car je suis une cliente ordinaire, je n'ai pas de compagnie et j'apprécie cette courtoisie. J'ai de plus acheté une imprimante Brother laser couleur multifonctions, j'achèterai mes cartouches de remplacements à votre magasin.

Fast and precise. Last order was with me three days from purchase. No complaints with product, works as well as OEM as far as I can see and at the right price. My only reservation, which probably originates with Google, and not 123ink, is that immediately after a visit, when leaving the site I am inundated with your advertising. As well as being annoying, it seems a bit silly to me - why advertise something that I've just seen?
