I usually have only good things to say about INK123 and I have referred a number of my friends to this site. The only problem I ever had was with my last order of toner for my HP Lazerjet Pro M102. The toner leaked out in the printer and damaged the drum. I took out the almost new toner and replaced it with a second new one but the printer would not work without leaving black marks on the paper. I took it back to Staples where I bought it only to find that the Moustache brand toners had invalidated my warranty. I had to buy a new printer (luckily the same model) and now am stuck with 2 toners that I cannot use for fear of invalidating the warranty on my new printer. That's why I am ordering an original HP toner this time.
