I changed my email address in 2018, however when I tried to place an order in 2019 my old email address is still on my account. It is not an easy set up to try and change this information here. Anyway I spent more time trying to pay for my order than I did shopping. A more clear way front and centre is needed to allow changing email addresses easier as they can change over time.

I purchased a CF217AA cartridge without a chip for an HP Laser Jet Pro M102w printer. The chip size of the cartridge seems to be different than the last cartridge I purchased. and I cannot move the chip to the new cartridge. Is it my imagination or has there been a change in the chip size? Gene W.

The page is acting weird. When I'm already logged in and placing an order; When I click on PLACE ORDER, it asks for me to sign in again and comes back to the order page and need to click again on PLACE ORDER... Also would be something nice to have in the app ; When you click on a product and don't want it right away to have the option to do like the computer and do SAVE FOR LATER. Then be able to choose it again and put in your basket. Just like the website lets you do.
