Incredibly disappointed in the shipping times. 18-20 business days with no option to pay for quicker shipping. Last few times I have ordered it was maybe a week, seriously considering looking for a different place to buy my ink.

I had used my S Points to get a $10 credit but noticed that the credit was given only after the taxes were calculated rather than on the original price of the product This is totally unfair and I was disappointed as the total I would have paid would have been less if the discount was on the item being purchased. In my case it would hv made a difference of $1.30.
