my order was canceled because of an incorrect billing address ( we just moved and did not update credit card). I missed the email somehow. Maybe a better email more clear that the order was canceled? I WAS WAITING!! ;) Now I could not find a valid coupon code either. :(

it was good over all, I just order an adjustable desk, then I saw that the same desk + the foot rest was only $10.00 more so it's a good deal right? but then I saw the return policy and the bundle offer says OEM wich makes it non-returnable if you don't like the product. (Non-defective opened items: Please be advised that the cost of shipping will not be refunded. If you are not happy with the item you received, you can return it for a refund minus a restocking fee. *Some products cannot be returned such as OEM items) so I ended up buying less. Any solutions from you guys?

Sur la page de commande, il est écrit à côté de: frais de livraison - Gratuit Sur la page de paiement, il fallait payer pour la livraison! J'ai payé $5.95 plus taxes quand même, mais, Je me suis senti piégé...ce que je n'ai pas aimé! Une compagnie prestigieuse comme la vôtre n'a pas besoin de faire ca. C'est pourquoi mon niveau de satisfaction est si bas. Sinon cela aurait été fantastique!
