only problem ordered Epson t410xl full package all colors and both blacks brand new then stupid Epson sent an auto update which was turned off but a new version update went thru telling me all my carts were bad even the original carts were noted as empty tried 100 times on off in out and when I put brand new from you they also said they were not right did everything you suggested yelled at Epson why there update said their new cart was empty when I just bought at staples. they just gave the bull spending 124 again got 10 cartridges full of ink cannot use try again
