Not so good!. I have just ordered another ink cartridge for my printer- (Generic Canon printer 270 black XL). Yesterday, I put the extra one in I had on hand (ordered early July I believe), in my printer and it would not work. It must have dried up, as it does feel quite light). I have always been more than happy with your ink cartridges, especially the generic ones-- price wise and quality. + the speed of delivery. I am wondering if this bad cartridge can be returned for replacement or not . . . In the meantime I trust the one I have just ordered will not be empty when it gets here. Bart M Hatfield point, NB

Your chat screen said it was done before it even got started. When I closed it and opened it again, it wouldn't load. I wanted to checkout as a guest but it wouldn't give me the option, once I had entered my name and email address.

The price on the front page for the TV stand says 64.99 for todays deal, but at checkout it is 69.99. Seems a bit like bait and switch. I opened a ticket requesting clarification but the CSR did not get back to me in time for me to make my purchase while the PC15 code was still valid.

Search engine sometimes gives incorrect results. Searching for Cat6 cables in white color gave HDMI cables only in search results. Web site navigation when looking for network cables in correct color and length seems to be good otherwise. Relatively good experience using web site.
