Your site needs a little bit of tweaking to help older customers like me. Forgetting and changing a password is a definite no- no with you guys ! Even getting to checkout and taking advantage of advertised " free shipping ( only for metro Montreal residents? Surely Canada post does not consider me an alien to be charged more ? All and all, your instructions and guidance from one step to the next is not as easy as some of the best have seen. I was tempted to quit in the middle of the transaction but i stuck it out because i like what you sell , your prices are good and i will still be tempted to check on your offers and changes perhaps ?
