The only concern is your quality control of your toner cartridges is poor...there are cartridges that do not work or the color is of poor or non-true colors.....you need to pay closer to the mfg and their QC. you are NOT down the street and can not exchange a cartridge within an hour. ...other than that it is a great experience.

Only problem I have is previous color ink cartridge (last order) did not function. Printer says it's there, but no color printing is happening. Any ideas?
