your credit card system is flawed. i tried the same card 8 times before it was processed

I clicked to apply the S points I had to this order (all $2.06!) and it said I had $0 left and went to check out where I added a new credit card and continued to check out/complete order and the final order with confirmation number did not have the $2.06 applied. So I don't know if I've lost these points or not since if I go to my account S point balance, I do not know if I match what I had before plus those from the new order? Clicking "Live chat" or "Live help" did not go anywhere. Just a blank screen that has been "loading" for over 10 minutes. I've given up on it and probably won't bother calling but I'm not impressed and while it was "bonus" money, it makes me think about the site in general although it has been good in the past with great delivery.
