Extremely slow website at all times of day and rebates advertised on every page but when it comes time to checkout no rebate available. I hope product is quality or won't be back....

I tried three times to check out using my Visa information. I was declined but should have been accepted. Then I tried PayPal with a Visa payment - again not accepted. Finally I tried PayPal with cash withdrawl from my bank account and finally had success. Not happy with your ordering system!

Barry H, British Columbia, December 12, 2016
