Prices are great and previous deliveries were quick, but last cable delivery took over a week before being processed and several more days after that before delivery. Plugged in 15ft hdmi to tv, but then slid tv over several inches to look behind only to find that cable connection snapped ruining cable. Thus new order to immediately replace last cable.

Thank you for your Service. I have two comments however, 1)- My first use of your Ink jets were bit disappointing.( HP 56- printed 30 pages) - ( HP 57 - printed 25 pages). Is this the Normal Capacity of your Ink Jets.?. 2) - Last week when I changed ink jets on my HP Printer, My printer will not print. After several Trials, I received a note telling me that " MY INK JET WAS NOT AN HP PRODUCT. - Can you explain.?. 3 - With the HP inkjets- they were RETURNABLE -PostagePaid- to the Manufacture. What can I do with the empty INKJETS from your Company.?.

Somehow after I applied the store credit the joy20 coupon discount disappeared. After calling the help line, it was found to be easier to repay the discount to the store credit. Not too happy with the events that happened, wanted the joy20 discount and my store credit to apply to my purchase otherwise I would not have purchased the items.
