Products are good but my yellow toner leaked and left streaks on the documents I was printing. I had to buy another cartridge. All the other colours and the black work perfectly.

I don't know what has happened but your service has generally turned to CRAP! If I didn't need what I ordered I would shut down any contact forever! I understand that the original place was sold, apparently to people who have NO understanding of customer service but I DO NOT tolerate the joke you have become. It is forcing me to look elsewhere for someone who believes, unlike YOU, that customer service matters!
