I continue to have major issues with the Chinese compatible cartridges on every printer I use. This newest issue better not have rendered my new printer dysfunctional, even with genuine cartridges. I will be expecting to be refunded for a few more compatible cartridges that I purchased. I also absolutely need to speak to the supervisor again. Please contact me ASAP.

Always been great delivery, but I've had about 3 useless black HP 98's thus far. It would be nice to replace those... they simply did not print, ink was hardened. I go through many of these.
