I am happy to order ink cartridges from 123 Ink Cartridges, as the pricing is excellent. However, I had some problems with a previously purchased cartridge and the response to resolve the situation was terrible. That printer has died and I had to get another. I asked if the unused cartridges could be traded in, and no response from my email. You are good up front, but difficult in terms of after purchase customer service.

Although I like your products and certainly your prices. I have a lot of problems getting the cartridges to initialize in my Epson printer. once they are working they are great! I use about 25% of the ink getting the printer to actually "use" the cartridge. I have to go through a lot of cleaning steps before they discharge ink. Not sure if this is fixable but based on Epson prices it is still cheaper to use your products even wasting that much ink. It is just unfortunate!! If you know of a trick to prevent that I would give you a 5 for sure:-)
