Actually shopping experience was first rate, as always and as usual. Love you guys... I scored it a "1" to get your attention. There was a glitch in my search results I wanted to bring to your attention. When I searched for ink for a Brother MFC-J4710DW, included in the results were the LC 101 ink cartridges, which are NOT for the MFC-J4710DW printer. Please refer this information to the appropriate dept for fixing. Have an excellent day.
