Items are not easy to find. Like the micro sd card is very hard to search. Like the ink cartridges they are not properly grouped, I was looking for canon mx372 and you find mx series everywhere. you better group this series together as well as others. Searching for items must be user friendly. You must assume that your buyer are not tech savy . when you adopt to that paradigm then you will be able to create a user friendly website. Once you achieve a site that even a person who could barely read or write can easily navigate then you achieve excellence. right now your website is sucks.

Two tone cartridges purchased from you previously are defective. These are HP color jet 5550 compatible MTH-C9731A (cyan) of the Moustache brand. Produce streaks that would not go away after multiple pages of test prints. Removed and put back in original packaging. Both have full amount of toner. Purchased in November 2015 but only put into use in May 2016. Would you be willing to repair or replace these? Please advise. Kris Caputa Email: ***@nrc.ca
