The $5.44 credit reward DID NOT apply when I clicked APPLY!!! I'm unhappy - I was convinced to buy from you after the last two cartridges failed to print even close to 1000 pages - a $ 10.00 credit was give to our account. NOW THE CREDIT DOESN'T WORK.
