A few things are not clears. 1. Where to enter Discount Codes when ordering. I think I get it, you draw people in with the idea of a discount but don't really want them using it. It's very Quebecoise of you. 2. The credit rewards program should explain if credits can be used at time of purchase or for the next purchase.

I love this site but I gave a rating of 3 because your emails are not screen reader friendly. If I didn't have a sighted persons assistance, I wouldn't have been able to use the coupon code sent to me. I miss out on sales this way, which reduces the amount of times I shop on here...
