Fantastic prices. Website has some issues with adding items to cart, adding an item from the product page doesn't seem to work where as adding the same item from the product list page works.

Giving this survery before the item is actually shipped out, and received by the buyer, seems a little premature to me. I think it would have been better to simply ask the buyer at this stage if he or she would be willing to complete a survey after the item was received and tested. After all, how will I know how my experience is until I get a chance to use (in this case a cable) what I've bought and paid for? That is why I am only giving a rating of 3 at this point, because I have no way of knowing if the product will turn out to be what I ordered, how much I like it, how quickly you shipped it out and how long it took for me to receive it. All those factors cannot be taken into account at this stage of the process. Hope this helps. Thanks.

When I add an item to my shopping Cart, I am returned to the main menu. This is not a good move. The customer should be returned back to the same screen where he ordered that item from.

Need to stay on top of your "out of stock" items. I wanted to get a 50ft cat6 white cable but you were out of stock,...so I had to get the blue one instead. Also free shipping should be for orders over $ 30. instead of $ 49. Thanks
