Honestly, of course i have been doing online shopping for some years and sometimes the most basic, simple concepts are not being applied by merchants. Your site is well design, the shopping experience is straight to the point, no nonsensical. Everything online shopping should be. Thx for that, what a freaking relief.

Great site and good prices, but when checking out I was warned several times that the site was not secure. Chrome tried to block me from checking out, because there was no https certificate for this site. I proceeded anyway, but considered finding a different place to shop due to the apparent lack of security.

But I have 12 cartridges that do not work in my printer . Printer says cannot recognize cartridges . I hope I receive cartridges as a replacement and will return ones that wont work
